This photography project, which was later featured on a zine, is a personal process which I went through and wanted to express with images and art.

I gave myself a chance to create an atmosphere where everything that was being projected, needed to be, for the most part, done by me; that’s how I could keep the true essence of my emotions. I styled, edited and took the photographs.

This is the zine’s introduction:

“En un mundo de caos, donde me encierro en mi mente y me olvido del presente. De lo màs simple y la creaciòn màs divina. Aquello que me rodea y no siempre puedo verla.

La naturaleza, aquel misticismo tangible, brinda un poder transmutativo. Los cuatro elementos generan cargas energèticas. Cada uno, con su respectiva cualidad, provoca una simbiosis que causa un renacer en el ser que se contacta con ellos.

Infinitos principios y finales. Un ciclo incesante. Una muerte y un nacimiento, o varios. El poder del contacto con la naturaleza”.

“In a world of chaos, where I lock myself in my mind and forget the present — the simplest things and the most divine creation. Those things around me that I cannot always see.

Nature, that tangible mysticism, provides a transmutative power. The four elements generate energetic charges. Each one, with its respective quality, provokes a symbiosis that causes a rebirth in the being that connects with them.

Endless beginnings and endings. An incessant cycle. A death and a birth, or several. The power of contact with nature.”
